Cognizant Workday Practice is seeking a Data Consultant experienced in Human Capital Management.As a Data Consultant you will guide clients through the transformation, implementation and operation phases of a Workday implementation.

The Workday HCM Consultant will “bridge the gap” between the business and technical teams by solving complex problems.They will guide clients through
the transformation,
implementation, and operation phases of a
Workday implementation.
They must have a technical aptitude and be capable of configuring the system to meet the business and design requirements.

testing and implementation.
